The pyramid base is approximately 12.5mm x 12.5mm. It is entirely hand fabricated and all the  parts are forged on an anvil. Features a beautiful 7mm genuine fossilized Lepidodus tooth also known as a Toadstone during the Medieval period. Lepidotus is an extinct fish from the late Jurassic period approximately 150 million years ago so YES this is very old!
