Entirely hand fabricated, all parts are forged on the anvil from 18k gold. All engraving work is done by hand. 
The band (crosshatched and coin edge) and also the skull (eyes, nose, mouth) are inlayed with black torch fired enamel. I added a small dot of white torch fired enamel in the eyes so that you can look at Yourself look back at you!
